Ohio Athletic Eligibility (“the app,” “the website,” “we”) is a free informational calculator for Ohio high school athletic eligibility. This policy explains what information is and is not collected.
The app and website at ohioeligibility.com are operated as a personal project. Contact: use the support email listed on the App Store / Google Play listing.
The calculator runs in your browser or on your device. Class entries you type are used only to compute a result on your device.
We do not require an account. We do not ask for your name, school, email, or athletic profile to use the calculator.
We do not sell personal information.
Courses you enter and the eligibility result are processed locally. If the app or site stores a recent calculation, it is stored on your device only and is not sent to us.
The current version does not include third-party advertising or tracking SDKs. If ads or analytics are added later, this policy will be updated before that change, and the app store listings will be updated.
The website is served by a hosting provider. That provider may collect standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. We do not use those logs to identify you.
The app is intended for high school students, parents, and school counselors. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Results are informational only. They are not an official OHSAA determination. Confirm eligibility with your school counselor and the current OHSAA rules.
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
